The staff made our stay truly memorable and
their attention to detail was remarkable. They even arranged a last-minute reservation for a popular restaurant, which was a nice surprise. Though the room was cozy, the lack of hot water was disappointing and required some planning.

My recent stay at Hippodrome Hotel Condesa left me impressed. The charming boutique ambiance and the fine Art Deco features really resonated with my appreciation for artistry. Staff attentiveness, especially from Alberto, enhanced my experience. The only downside was the limited bathroom counter space. A good escape!

The location fits perfectly for exploring Condesa. It’s a pretty neighborhood filled with cafes and boutiques, all just a short walk away. The staff friendly, really took the time to help me plan my days, suggesting the best places to visit and eat. The Art Deco design gives the hotel a unique charm that I loved. My room was cute and cozy. however, the size felt a bit cramped, especially by the bathroom where I found minimal counter space. I expected more hot water accessibility as it was an issue during my stay. I think the breakfast situation needs addressing. I was told it started at 8 AM, which wasn't convenient for my early flights. On the bright side, I appreciated the fluffy towels, and the housekeeping did their job efficiently. Still, I think they can improve on providing better solutions for those needing an earlier meal. Plus, the noise outside was noticeable at times, but manageable for the location. Overall, I did enjoy my time there, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience.
